BUILT ON ONE IDEA: DO IT THE RIGHT WAY
Midwest Pressure Washing LLC started the way most good local trades do — with one truck, a good machine, and neighbors who needed their driveways back. We're based on W 129th Street in Overland Park, and most of our work is still within a short drive of home.
Exterior cleaning looks simple from the curb, and that's exactly why so much of it gets done badly. Too much pressure on siding forces water behind the panels. Too much pressure on a roof strips the granules that protect your shingles. Too much pressure on a cedar deck leaves fuzz and splinters that never come out. We built our whole process around matching the method to the material.
That means commercial soft-wash equipment for anything vertical, rotary surface cleaners for flatwork, dedicated products for rust, oil, and gutter striping, and our own water tanks and generator so job quality doesn't depend on your spigot. It also means the owner is on site, on every job.
We're fully insured, we give written quotes before we unload, and we walk the finished work with you before the trailer gets packed. Clean spaces, happy faces — that's not a slogan we bought, it's the whole business plan.

Midwest Pressure Washing is owner-operated. The person who quotes your job is the person running the equipment — and that's on purpose.
Owner-operated crew
Every Midwest Pressure Washing job is run by the owner with a trained assistant. We keep the crew small so the standard stays identical on the tenth house of the week and the first. Training is on soft-wash chemistry, surface-safe pressure, ladder safety, and landscape protection — not on upselling.
